Acceptable use
The rules for what may be created, listed, and sold on Givabit.
1. Only your own work
Upload only art you created or hold the rights to. No copies of other people’s work (“copyminting”), and no impersonating other artists, brands, or charities.
2. Prohibited content
No illegal content, infringement of intellectual property, hateful or harassing material, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or fraud.
3. No market manipulation or deception
No wash trading, fake demand, misleading charity or fundraising claims, or any attempt to deceive buyers about where their money goes.
4. Copyright takedowns
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review it. We remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.
5. Enforcement
Content is curated before it goes public. We may decline, hide, or remove anything that breaks these rules, and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.
